BEHIND THE SCENES

Evergreen Festival was conceived by Event Producer and Curator Tash Hardy, Director of Hardy+Ko.
During 2020 she could only dream of travelling abroad and sipping a steaming cup of mulled wine amid a flurry of joyful market shoppers with timber-frame stalls dressed in whimsical string lights.
With the uncertainty of overseas travel for the foreseeable future, the vision for Evergreen Festival was born. The inaugural event in 2021 transformed Queensland’s famous hinterland region into a hive of activity.
